Q: Can I get free advertising with a Facebook page?
No. Facebook used to be more business-friendly in that you could post to your Facebook page and they people who liked you would see it in their feeds. These days however, that's gone and posts must be promoted in order to be seen in customer feeds. Promoting posts costs money, so no... it's not free.
